Mechanical Engineering branch at Canara Engineering College was started in the year 2004 with an intake of 60. Mechanical Engineering is one of the broadest engineering disciplines. The curriculum prepares a student for a wide variety of technical and professional areas having their roots in Mechanical Engineering - areas as diverse as Aeronautics, Aerospace, Power generation, Energy conversion and conservation, Transportation, Manufacturing, Product Design, Robotics and controls and others.
