About The Department

The Department of Science & Humanities comprises Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics & English. The department is highly focused on imparting quality education to meet the global challenges of modern Science and Technology. The department provides foundation for Engineering students to attain excellence in core competencies with high level of motivation, positive attitude, technical competent, ethical value and pedestal knowledge to face the global challenges to become world class engineers and scientists. The department has well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty members, who are blend of knowledge and experience. Engineering Chemistry laboratory & Engineering Physics laboratory are well equipped with major equipments and caters to the needs of the students. As added gem to the crown, the Department of Science and Humanities has one VTU recognized research centre under Department of Chemistry.
